Supporting unpaid Carers

Unpaid Carers often become exhausted and overwhelmed by the work they do caring for family members and friends. Many Carers experience extreme emotions like guilt, anger, anxiety and emotional exhaustion due to their caring responsibilities.

These feelings are normal reactions to a stressful situation such as being a full time Carer. Sometimes Carers become worried and upset when they feel emotions that they do not recognise as part of who they are. Bach Flower Remedies only act on your emotions. Taking a personal blend of Bach Remedies can gently bring these negative emotions back into balance.

Carers are often unwilling to accept help because they strongly believe that no-one else is capable of giving the same high standard of care to their relative or friend.

Without help Carers may become ill themselves and then who will look after the person they care for?

Many of my Clients have been Carers. More often than not they arrived for their Consultations overcome with fatigue and with little hope that they will ever feel happy and capable again.

Often within weeks Bach Remedies worked their magic and my Clients appeared for their Consultations looking and sounding refreshed and happy.

For me as a Practitioner it is always very satisfying to be able to contribute to my Clients’ health and wellbeing using Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies.

If you are an exhausted Carer and have never used Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies, try his emergency formula (often called ‘Rescue Remedy’). This helps to comfort and reassure people in times of stress.

The 5 Bach Remedies in this blend are known for their calming effects. Other single Bach Remedies (there are 38 altogether!), such as Elm for being overwhelmed and Oak for being exhausted but struggling on regardless, help when the negative emotions you are feeling need more focussed attention.
